We only use quality freight handlers and freight methods e.g. DHL, UPS, Parcel Force, Royal Mail etc with a delivery expectation of within three days but usually next day. We will not use Hermes/Evri as a result of previous bad experiences. We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of your order being placed, subject to stock availability. If the item ordered is out of stock then that should show on the website and we will contact you to inform you of any delay in delivery time. We normally only dispatch orders on weekdays unless a special delivery is arranged. Delivery is usually the following weekday although we cannot guarantee that this will necessarily be the case in all instances, particularly to remote area locations. We will always do everything possible to to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. It is possible to book a Saturday/Sunday delivery or a delivery before 9:00, 10:00 or 12:00 but these timed services do come at a cost – call or message if you need something urgently and we will obtain a cost quote for you. We don’t mark up our freight charges and where we have account facilities that provide us with beneficial rates we pass those discounted rates to you. UK: These are automatically calculated at check out according to weight and parcel volume.
Delivery to Europe: These costs will vary depending upon country, post code and according to the weight and volume of the goods to be shipped but generally in the range £20 – £35. If you will please call or send a message via the form on this site we will search for the best price that we can find to your address.
Radar: Please note that radar antennas are expensive to ship, for the UK £40 is likely and if accompanied by other items this may rise to £50 or £60. For Europe we may arrange delivery direct from the manufacturer to your address as this may result in a significant reduction in the freight cost rather than one freight cost to the UK and a second to Europe.
