Latest 12 inch model from Onwa Marine. This 12 inch plotter compliments the existing KP1299 series. although the KP1299 is a super buy this new model is arguably better. It has a fantastic new 1024 x 768 resolution screen and NMEA2000 data. It’s sleeker and slimmer and as a starter high end plotter this is ideal as other items, such as ClassB+ AIS transceiver, 600/1000 Watt fish-finder/sounder and even Radar can be added at a later date. Connecting the different Onwa devices together is plug and play via an ethernet port that supports the new NMEA OneNet® system. Connecting Onwa and other make devices that use NMEA0183 and NMEA2000 can be done via the dedicated 0183 and 2000 data ports on the KM models.
